Frequency Live — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Frequency Live is made by Nada Kari and published by Play North West CIC. The app is designed to work entirely on your phone, so this policy is short.

What we collect

Nothing. Frequency Live has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers. We do not collect, store or share any personal information.

Microphone

The app uses your microphone to show the frequency, musical note, tempo and loudness of the sound around you. The audio is analysed on your phone in real time. It is never recorded, saved, uploaded or shared by the app. The microphone is only on while analysis is running (on the Camera screen, or after you tap Listen), and it always switches off when the app goes into the background.

Camera

The camera is used only to show a live preview behind the frequency readouts. The app does not record or save video itself. If you record your screen with your iPhone’s built-in Screen Recording, that recording is made and stored by iOS, not by Frequency Live.

Photos

The app can save videos to your Photos only when you choose to. It never reads your photo library.

Settings

Your preferences (such as your sticker layout and tuning reference) are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Children

Frequency Live is suitable for everyone. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version ever needs to change any of this, we will update this policy first, and any new feature that uses data will be optional.
