What happens in a Reiki session?

You stay fully clothed.
You lie down comfortably on a mat or table, with a blanket.
Hands rest lightly on, or hover just above, the body — and you can ask for no touch at any time.
Reiki can be on its own, or combined with sound in a private session.

Immersive binaural sound bath

A sound bath you don't simply hear. You enter it.

Live instruments and original music, heard in 3D on headphones. Private session: 60 minutes, £75.
